Adina Lynn Walker of Cypress, TX, has passed away, leaving behind a family and community who loved her dearly.

Below, the simplest tribute: the truth of a life as it was lived.

Adina spent her working life as ['corporate sales'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.

It is the small moments that often matter most.

Adina Lynn Walker, age 55, of Cypress, Texas, passed from this life on April 28, 2026. She was born on April 28, 1971, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Tony Syrakis Sr.

Adina built a life marked by determination, connection, and an adventurous spirit. Early in her career, she fulfilled a dream of becoming a flight attendant with Continental Airlines from 1994 to 1996, where she discovered her love for travel and exploring the world. She went on to build a successful career in corporate sales, serving in roles including Technical Sales Representative, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, and Account Executive from 2001 until present.

Adina's passion for helping others extended far beyond her professional life. She was the Co-Founder of the Giving Gown Foundation alongside Joann Zeisig, an organization dedicated to promoting confidence and self-esteem in high school girls by helping them attend formal events with confidence and style. Though no longer involved in its daily operations, the foundation continues to reflect her generous spirit and heart for others.

Adina and Joann's partnership also led them to co-own Elevation Management, where they planned and managed corporate events, sales meetings, charity team-building experiences, and executive travel from 2019 to present.

On July 1, 2000, Adina married Perry Walker, and together they built a life centered around family. She became a devoted mother to Harrison in 2003 and later welcomed Anderson, completing their family. Her boys were the center of her world and her greatest pride. She never missed a game, a performance, or a milestone-no matter the circumstance. Whether cheering from the sidelines or supporting them behind the scenes, Adina was their constant source of encouragement, strength, and unconditional love. The bond she shared with her sons was deep and enduring, and her love for them will continue to guide them throughout their lives.

Adina had a deep love for travel, especially beach destinations where she could feel the wind in her hair and the sand between her toes. She enjoyed crafts, music, and, most of all, time spent with those she loved. She was a devoted friend who cherished her "girl tribe" and had a gift for making people feel seen, supported, and inspired.

In recent years, Adina faced significant health challenges with extraordinary strength, resilience, and determination. She refused to be defined by limitations and instead became an inspiration to many through her courage and unwavering will to keep moving forward. In September 2025, she participated for the first time in the UT Health Houston Half Marathon and 10K, competing in the handcycle event and finishing in first place-an achievement that reflected her grit, perseverance, and unbreakable spirit, and made so many proud. She lived by the words, "I am stronger than I realize and I WILL succeed," a reflection of the way she lived every day. Adina leaves behind a legacy of strength, love, and deep connection. She touched countless lives and will be profoundly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory are her beloved sons, Harrison Walker and Anderson Walker; her adoptive father, William C. Weaver; her biological father, Tony Syrakis Sr; her former husband, Perry Walker; stepdaughter, Taylor Gressett; her siblings, Danielle Weaver, William D. Weaver, Stephanie Syrakis, and Tony Syrakis Jr; niece, Miranda Allman; grandchildren, Karsyn, Olivia, Briar and Baker; as well as her many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a wide circle of treasured friends.

A service to honor and celebrate Adina's life will be held at Klein Funeral Home Tomball, May 7, 2026, at 2:00PM.

She showed us all what it means to be strong, and that strength will never be forgotten.
