The private family gathering celebrating the life of Athena Dotson of rural Eagle Bend was held on Friday, April 24, at the Benson Funeral Home in St. Cloud, MN.
Athena was born to Ronald and Linda (Neff) Dotson on February 7, 1972, in Dayton, OH.
At 54 years of age, Athena passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on April 21, 2026, at her home in rural Eagle Bend.
Preceding Athena in death were her parents Ronald and Linda; and son, Malcolm Powell.
Surviving Athena are her children, Cameron Powell, Michael Browning, Darrell Morris Jr, Dominic Morris, Jarah Morris, Jessica Dominique and Monica Powell-Tyus; significant other, Darrell Morris; siblings, George, Howard, and Johnny Dotson and Ronda Blevins; along with extended family and friends.
