Christi "Angelyn" Infinger of DeFuniak Springs, FL, has passed away, leaving behind a family and community who loved her dearly.

What follows is written with love, by those who knew her best.

There are losses that teach us the weight of a life.

Christi "Angelyn" Infinger, age 82, a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at her home. She was born August 21, 1943, in Enterprise, Alabama to George I. and Zoray Barton.

Having served the area as an Avon representative for thirty years, most everyone in DeFuniak knew and referred to Angelyn fondly as the "Avon Lady." Angelyn loved crafting! She was quite talented and very creative with jewelry, Christmas ornaments, wreaths, and dozens of other things. One of her favorite items to work with was seashells.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmie Keith Infinger; and one son, Brian Keith Infinger.

Angelyn is survived by her loving daughter, Joy Holland and husband, Clint of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; two grandchildren, Josette Mitchem and Jenna Kirk and husband, Christopher; and five great-grandchildren, Kolton, Censlee, Paislee, Oaklee, and Ryan.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Watkins Funeral Home and Crematory.
