Christopher M. Fredenburg Jr. of Oswego, NY has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved him.

Christopher spent his working life as ['Price Chopper'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.
There are losses that teach us the weight of a life.
Christopher M. Fredenburg Jr., 30, of Oswego, passed away on May 3, 2026.
Born in Oswego, he was the son of Christopher M. and Sondra (Waugh) Fredenburg Sr.
Christopher worked at Price Chopper. He was very electronically inclined and loved computers and video games. He was also a Godzilla fan.
Christopher is survived by his parents, Christopher M. and Sondra Fredenburg Sr., and his siblings John Clement Jr., Sabrina Fredenburg, Brittany Miner, and Rose Miner. He also leaves behind his grandfather, James Pitcher Sr., and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Sharon Fredenburg Sr., and Irene Pitcher, his uncle, Charles Fredenburg, and his cousin, Corey Bonnie.
There will not be any services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
