Elaine Lillian Bjornson of Lapeer, MI has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved her.

Elaine L. Bjornson, 88, of Lapeer, passed away on April 26, 2026. She was born on August 28, 1937, in Mt. Clemens, MI.
Elaine is survived by her son Allen (Sabrina) Bjornson of North Branch; grandchildren Brie Bowman, Kristina (Steve) Matijow, Nickohl (Nathan) Behlen; great grandchildren Angelina, Alexandria, Anakin, Michael, Lincoln, Konner, and Charlotte. Elaine had three brothers, the late, Stanley (Sharon) Stroh Jr., the late, Louis (Carol) Stroh and their children Robin Helfant, Sue Smith, Karen Smith, Kevin Stroh, Robert (Cathy) Stroh and their children Jessica Bowman (Goddaughter to Elaine), Annette Kinney, and Jenny Stroh.
Elaine was preceded in death by her husband Allen Lawrence Bjornson Sr. in 2001; parents Stanley Stroh Sr. & Annette Stroh;
Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Capstick Chapel in Lapeer. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 4-5 p.m.
