Mr. Percy Eugene Lancaster, 93, of Duck Hill, passed away Monday, May 4, 2026. He was born August 22, 1932 in Grenada to James Percy and Annie Little Lancaster. Eugene honorably served our country in the US Navy and owned and operated Lancaster Auto Parts with his brothers, Floyd & Bennie. Mr. Lancaster was an antique and classic car enthusiast. He was a faithful member and deacon of Elliott Baptist Church.Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Elliott Baptist Church with Bro. Billy Little officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service Thursday at the church.Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Glenda Faye Vance Lancaster; son, Jeff Lancaster(Angie) of Duck Hill; sister, Annie Fay Whitfield of Florida; grandchildren, Brandon Vance, Chase Lancaster(Kelcy), Cody Lancaster(Myranda), Parker Lancaster(Anna) and Anna Catherine Easterling(Morgan); and six great-grandchildren, Ada Jane & Luke Lancaster, Ella Vance, Holden Lancaster, Rogan Easterling and Noah Harbin.He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Dave Lancaster and brothers, Floyd, J.L., Marvin and Bennie Lancaster.Morgan Easterling, Chase Lancaster, Cody Lancaster, Parker Lancaster, Craig Morgan and Brandon Vance will honor Mr. Lancaster by serving as pallbearers and carry him to rest in the Elliott Cemetery.
