Forrest Darell Alsdorf of Delta, CO has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved him.

Forrest Darell Alsdorf was born 12/05/1939 to Thon and Lenora Alsdorf in Greeley, Colorado. Forrest joined the Air Force in 1961. He made a career out of it for 26 years. Forrest retired and settled in Delta, Colorado in 1987. He worked at Hi-Quality packing for 12 years, and Walmart for 11 years.Forrest was married to the love of his life Kay for 64 years. He is survived by his wife Kay Ann (Youngman) and has two daughters, Lorena Jackson-Cooper of Delta, and Dawna McConnell of California. He has 3 grandchildren Ramon and Griselda Jackson of Denver, Dominique Cooper of Delta, and Lindsey Alsdorf of Grand Junction. Also has three great grandsons Maurice, Markell, and Luca from Denver.Forrest is survived by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Milton and Garry Beth Alsdorf of Elko Nevada, Jay and Lori Alsdorf of Delta, and Wilma and Kyle French of Oregon, as well as several nieces and nephews. Forrest is proceeded in death by his parents Thon and Lenora Alsdorf and sister Janet Hannigan.
