Gladys Walker of Summerville, SC has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved her.
These pages are a small offering toward a much larger life.
Gladys held deeply to the Baptist faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.
Belief, when lived, becomes a kind of inheritance.
She danced through life with rhythm and grace, a radiant smile lighting every place. Outgoing, funny, full of charm, with laughter that could heal and calm. Classy in spirit, yet strong and true, a protector of her "cubs" in all she'd do. Her love for family ran deep and wide, a giving heart she could never hide. She loved the Lord, believed in prayer, found strength and peace in His constant care. With Live 5 News on, she'd rest her day, speaking "Grace & Mercy" along life's way. "Love & Light," she'd often say, now heaven shines a little brighter today.
