Hal Howard Jobe passed away at his home in Wolfe City, Texas on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the age of 94. He was born on June 29, 1931 in Wolfe City, Texas to parents James Wesley Jobe and Lydia (Craig) Jobe.
Hal is survived by his 4 children, Cathy Orum and her husband Don, Linda Kirkwood, Kenneth Jobe and John Jobe and his wife Tina. Grandchildren: Jacquelin Canfield and her husband Joey, Donald Orum, Amy Orum and her husband Clayton Supensky, Julie Box and her husband Matt, Cory Peel and his wife Cammie, Jessica Callanan and her husband John, Travis Jobe and his wife Brittany, Kayla Jobe, and Devon Jobe and his wife Morganne. Great Grandchildren: Hunter Canfield, Colby Canfield, DJ Melton, Jetson Box, Quinn & Addison Peel, Aubrey Peel, Mason Linex, Megan Linex, Annabelle Jobe, Cody Wayne McGehee and Remi Jobe. Hal is also survived by 1 brother, Jimmy Wayne Jobe.
Hal is preceded in death by his parents James & Lydia Jobe, his son Robert Jobe, brother Ralph Jobe, sister Jeanette Crow and great grandson Zachary Orum.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 10:00AM at RW Owens Funeral home in Wolfe City, Texas. The Funeral service will follow same day at 11:00AM. Burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City, Texas.
