Carl Jay Blair, 64, of Plainview, Arkansas passed away Monday, May 4, 2026. He was born September 20, 1961 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to the late Wilburn Blair and Alva "Ruth" (McElrath) Blair.
Carl was preceded in death by his sister Josie Ballew.
Survivors include his wife Nancy Blair; son Carl Jay Blair, Jr (Lexy); daughter Elizabeth Treat (Jarred); sister Marlene Ward (Greg); sister Barbara Speers (Roy); brother Benny Blair; grandchildren Charles Treat, Bella Treat, Maizie Blair, Kasen Blair, and Knox Blair; and a host of nices and nephews
A celebration of Carl's life will be 2:00 pm Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Dry Fork Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Carl Jay Blair, Jr, Jarred Treat, Braden Davis and Jason Edgar.
Honorary pallbearers are J.R. Davis, Gary Paul Farnam, Eddie Palsa, Greg Ward, Brad Rose and Jerry Don Anderson.
