Daniel spent his working life as ['Electrician from U'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.

What remains is what was loved.

Daniel Richardson, 67, of Finleyville, passed away Sunday May 3, 2026.

He was born September 9, 1958, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Lewis and Margaret Richardson.

Dan was retired as an Electrician from U.S. Steel, where he enjoyed working with a great group of guys. He was a huge Mopar guy, enjoyed drag racing and was looking forward to drag racing his own two cars, especially his Barracuda. He loved his four German Shepherds, especially Bela Lugosi.

Surviving are his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Richardson, step daughter; Kelly Furl, two brothers; David Richardson and Don (Cheryl) Richardson, two sisters; Patrice (Robert) Ofcharka and Maura (Joseph) Gugliotti and his step grandson; Carter Furl, who affectionately called him "DanPa".
