Born on November 24, 1987, in Maryland, Dwayne was a man whose vibrant spirit and generous heart left an indelible mark on all who knew him.Dwayne was known for his outgoing nature and his love of fun. He embraced life with passion, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His big heart and infectious enthusiasm were evident in every interaction, making him a cherished friend and companion.A devoted sports fan, Dwayne found great joy in playing and watching football. His allegiance to the Washington Commanders—formerly known as the Washington Redskins—was unwavering, and many hours were spent sharing the excitement of the game with friends. His outgoing personality shone during these times, reflecting the true spirit of camaraderie he so deeply valued.Those who knew Dwayne remembered him not only for his vibrant energy but also for the warmth and kindness that defined his character. He found happiness in the simple pleasure of spending time with friends and sharing in life’s moments, large and small.Services to honor Dwayne’s life will be held at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, located at 100 Village Street in Waldorf, Maryland 20602. The visitation will take place on May 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Mass from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.Dwayne’s sudden departure leaves a profound void among his loved ones and community. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to experience his kindness, humor, and unyielding spirit. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his joyfulness, generosity, and the unmistakable light he brought to every gathering.May Dwayne Antiono Butler rest in eternal peace.
