Faith gave Jozef a place to stand, and a place to return to.
Jozef Bak, 65, of Chicago, IL. Born February 18, 1961 in Poland, passed away May 3, 2026.
Beloved husband of Bernadetta. Loving father of Paul (Dorota) Bak and Catherine (Scott) Milliman. Proud grandfather of Logan and Cameron Milliman. Preceded in death by his parents, Stanislaw and Maria Bak and brother, Benedykt (Bogumila) and Wieslaw (Dorota) Bak.

Funeral Wednesday, May 13, 2026, 9:30 AM from Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home to St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 E Anderson Drive, Palatine for Mass at 10 AM. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, IL.
