James Henry Brandon of Manchester, TN has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved him.

James Henry Brandon of Manchester, Tennessee passed from this life on Friday, May 1, 2026, at McArthur Manor in Manchester at the age of 79 years.

A native of Coffee County, he is the son of the late, Thomas Edward and Nannie Bailey Brandon. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Franklin Edward Brandon, and one sister, Lora Wood.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Daves- Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Burial with military honors will follow at Maplewood cemetery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 12:00 PM until the time of service.

James was a veteran of the United States Army, and we are grateful for his service. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Manchester, Tennessee. He loved children and he also loved his church. James was a hard worker and a good provider for his family. He loved hunting and fishing and was a huge Tennessee Vols fan.

His survivors include his wife of 55 years, Bonny Brandon of Manchester, Tennessee, son, James Robert "BO" Brandon and his wife Stephanie of Dayton, Tennessee, brother, Tom Brandon and his wife Peggy of Manchester, Tennessee, and one grandchild, Allison Brandon of Dayton, Tennessee.
