Mary Ann Hannah of Gainesville, GA has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved her.

Mary held deeply to the Presbyterian faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.

Faith is a quiet companion through a long life. Mary's walked beside her.

Mrs. Mary Ann Hannah, age 85, of Gainesville, GA and formerly of Penns Grove, NJ passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026. Mrs. Hannah was born November 18, 1940 to the late Lawrence McMahon and Grace Naoma Leach in Penns Grove, New Jersey.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and David Russell of Gainesville, GA; daughter-in-law, Tisha Hannah of Monroe, NC; grandchildren, Aaron (Alex) Russell of Gainesville, Ga, Hope Russell of Gainesville, GA, Seth (Jamie) Hannah of Washington, DC, Joshua Hannah, Emma Hannah, Nathan Hannah and Ella Hannah of Monroe, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Hannah, Jr. and her son, Todd Hannah.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Adams Funeral Home, 64 Broad Street, Woodstown, NJ 08098. There will be a visitation starting at 10 AM leading to the funeral service at 11 AM. Interment will follow at the Pittsgrove Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Daretown.
