Mr. Warren Jack Stout of Langston, AL has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved him.

Mr. Warren Jack Stout, age 88 of Langston, Alabama passed away Saturday, May 2, 2026 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Langston Methodist Church with Bro. Roger Little officiating. Burial will follow in the Langston Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Scottsboro Funeral Home on Monday, May 4, 2026 from 5-8 p.m. Mr. Stout will lie-in-state at Langston Methodist Church on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 1-2 p.m.

Mr. Stout is survived by his wife, Roberta Stout; sons, David Stout (Annette), John Stout (Janice), Fred Stout (Patricia), and Ed Stout (Staci); grandchildren, Kelli Stout, Corey Stout, Staci Jarrett, Maegan Thornberry, Joey Stout, Sarah Stout, and Hunter Stout; 8 great grandchildren; niece, Karen Nicholson; and nephew, Perry Stout.

He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Stout; mother & stepfather, Frances & Johnny Springsteen; brother, Orville Stout; sister, Ruth Ann Stout; and grandmother, Grace Reiss.
