It is with sorrow and gratitude that we mark the passing of Carol A. Muckle of Wildwood, FL — sorrow at the loss, gratitude for the life.

Every life leaves an echo in the lives it has known.
Carol A. Muckle, 85 of Wildwood, Florida passed away on April 21, 2026, at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, New York under the loving care of her family. Carol was born on July 12, 1940 in Cohoes, New York to her parents Henry Jarvis and Irene (Collier) Jarvis.
Carol and her beloved husband Thomas moved to Wildwood, Florida in 2008 from Melrose, New York. She was a Born Again Christian and belonged to Door of Hope Church in Fruitland Park, Florida and Redeeming Love Church in Troy, New York. She was a retired Customer Service Representative from Matthew Bender Publications. Following her retirement, she devoted her life to sharing the love of Jesus and ministering to those around her.
Carol is survived by her daughter: Michelle Muckle of Troy, NY; her son: Richard Muckle and his wife Kendra of Cropseyville, NY; a brother: Norman Jarvis and his wife Yvonne of Haines City, FL; two loving granddaughters: Taylor Muckle (her boyfriend, Ely Stone) and Jenna Muckle; many loving family members and dear friends.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers (Donald and Edward) and her beloved husband of 49 years, Thomas Muckle.

A Memorial Service for friends and family will be held at Redeeming Love Church in Troy, New York on Friday, May 29, 2026 from 2-4 (with the service beginning at 3). A celebration of life will be held at Brunswick Community Center following the service.
