David held deeply to the Baptist faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew them best.

David Paul Rice, 55, of Sheridan, Wyoming passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at his home.
A Service will be held at First Baptist Church On Friday, May 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Kevin Rizer officating. Following the service a Reception will be held in the Champion Kane Reception Hall.
Interment will take place after the reception in the Juniper Heights section of the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery.
Champion Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with local arrangements.
