It is with sorrow and gratitude that we mark the passing of James Lee Davis of Coquille, OR — sorrow at the loss, gratitude for the life.
What we offer here is gratitude wrapped in remembrance.
James spent his working life as ['logger and timber cutter'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.
Some doors close softly, and still leave the room changed.
