It is with much sadness that the family of Rachel Susan Borja announces her passing on April 10, 2026, at the age of 85.
Rachel leaves behind a long legacy of family. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Anna Odom of Eufaula, OK; Mary Phillips (Brian) of Pinole, CA; Elizabeth Snow (Jeffrey) of Pinole, CA; David Borja (Lisa) of Brentwood, CA; and Theresa Thompson (Travis) of Walnut Creek, CA; her grandchildren, Rebecca Mann (Danny) of Porter, OK; Ashley Odom of Eufaula, OK; Colton Phillips and Korinn Phillips of Pinole, CA; Joshua Snow of Rodeo, CA; Alyssa Snow of Redmond, WA; Alexa Kearney (Brandon) of Antioch, CA; Audrey Borja of Brentwood, CA; and Jared Erwin of Walnut Creek, CA; and her great-grandchildren, Addison Mann and Harrison Mann of Porter, OK; her sisters Irene Pacheco, Amelia Reyes and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rachel was predeceased by her parents, Juan and Dolores Reyes, and her siblings, Esther Gutierrez, Rebecca Clark, Ralph Reyes and Frank Reyes.
SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
A Funeral Mass will be held for Rachel on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at St. Joseph's Cemetery & Funeral Center, 2540 Church Lane, San Pablo, CA 94806. Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m.,PDT followed by a Mass and Committal at 10:30 a.m., PDT. A reception will immediately follow at Community Alliance Church, 2375 Aberdeen Way, San Pablo, CA 94806.
