It is with sorrow and gratitude that we mark the passing of Takomah James McGrath of Minot, ND — sorrow at the loss, gratitude for the life.

It is the small moments that often matter most.

Takomah James McGrath, beloved son of Samantha Robbins and Sean McGrath was born April 15, 2026. In his 13 precious days, he fought with incredible strength and courage. Takomah entered into eternal paradise on April 28, 2026. Though his time was brief, the love he received was endless. Words cannot express how much Takomah was loved and will be missed. His spirit will always be cherished, and his memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who loved him.

His loving family includes: mother and father, Samantha Robbins and Sean McGrath; paternal grandparents, Jesse and Larissa McGrath; maternal grandparents, Tina Thurow and Trent Robbins; paternal great grandparents, William and Roberta Flannigan; and Charles McGrath; maternal great grandmother, Joyce Robbins; aunts and uncles, Dylan McGrath, Devin (Chassity) McGrath, Tyler (Alex) Enget, Micheal-Austin Thurow, Jaxson Robbins, Dawn Enget, Kenzye McGrath (Devlin), Tiffany Robbins, Alissa Robbins, Elizabeth Hook, Madilynn Robbins.

Takomah was preceded in death by his: paternal great-grandparents, Janice Brekhus, and William and Carlotta Burcham, maternal great grandparents, Darrell Robbins, and Shirley and Lavern Thurow; paternal great uncle, Kevin Werkmeister.

Graveside Service: Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND.
