George Robert Young, age 70, of Danville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2026. Born Monday, October 17, 1955, in Boyle County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Robert & Gracie Mae Smalley Young. George was a US Army Veteran and served in the Kentucky National Guard.
A Public Graveside Service, with Full Military Honors, will be held 11AM Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Burial will follow the service.
