Linda Foley Meissner passed away on May 2nd, 2026, at her home in St. Charles, MO, surrounded by family.Linda was born October 5th, 1967, in Blair, NE, to James and Connie (French) Foley. She grew up on the family farm with her 3 brothers and 1 sister.Linda went to school in Blair, and then studied at Iowa State University, and graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering. She worked in the St. Louis area for McDonald Douglas and Westar before retiring.Linda married Mark Meissner, and from this union had 2 sons, Daniel and Alec, of St. Louis, MO. Linda was actively involved with her sons' school, sports, and careers. She enjoyed following their successes throughout their lives.Linda enjoyed baking, canning her garden produce, and NE Women’s Volleyball.Linda is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. She is survived by her 2 sons, brothers Mike (Kristin) of Waco, NE, Jim (Chris) of Blair, NE and Bill of Omaha NE. She is also survived by her sister Mary (Wayne) Johnson of Ankeny, IA. Linda will also be greatly missed by her numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
