Luis is survived by his parents, Casimiro and Graciela Rosas Garcia; his sons, Luis Anthony Rosas and Julian Rosas; his daughter, Amy Rosas; his siblings, Arnulfo Rosas and his wife Maria, Juan Miguel Rosas and his wife Aleyda, Oscar Rosas and his wife Damaris, Jose Rosas and his wife Natalie, Brenda Rosas and her husband Adrian, and San Juana Rosas and her husband Daniel; and the mother of his children Reyna Salinas. He shared a close bond with his family, and his love for them was evident in the way he lived his life and in the care he showed each day.
