Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Jackson, age 76 of Centre, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA.A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM (CST), Monday, May 11th at the Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lynn Stoddard and Dr. Lynn Hillhouse officiating. Her family will be receiving friends from 3 PM until the hour of service in the funeral home chapel. She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Chief Master Sergeant Ronald Thomas Jackson, of the U.S. Air Force; children, James Carter, Randy (Cindy) Carter, Angie Bohannon, Paul Jackson, Leigh Ann (Rick) Gallagher; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Lynn (Deb) Hillhouse; and best friend, Monika Stoddard. A host of former employees and patrons from Pat's Perfections also survive. Pat was born in Floyd County, Georgia, to the late Herman Darby and Margaret Squires Hillhouse. In 2013, she opened her well-known and well-loved restaurant, "Pat's Perfections."
