After a life of love and quiet grace, Robert "Camdenton" Van Klavern of Linn Creek, MO has passed.

Robert held deeply to the Baptist faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.
Some find their compass in faith. Robert was among them.
Robert "Bob" Lee Van Klaveren, son of Henry Van Klaveren and Mary (Quilty) Van Klaveren, was born October 13, 1955 in Moline, Illinois. He departed this life, May 3, 2026, in his home in Linn Creek, Missouri at the age of seventy years, six months and twenty days.
He was previously united in marriage to Terri.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin Meyers and grand-daughter, Jayden Taylor Lang; his parents and two siblings.
He is survived by his brother, Henry Van Klaveren of Coal Valley, Illinois, other relatives and many friends.
Robert was a man of faith and was a member of Myetta Missionary Baptist Church in Camdenton, Missouri.
Robert was a resilient man who took on whatever life threw at him and, while hard, knew it was all part of God's plan for him. He remained a positive soul and an inspiration to those his life touched.
He was a loving and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Myetta Church in Camdenton, Missouri on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM. A dinner will follow the service.
