Phyllis Miller of Warsaw, IN, has passed away, leaving behind a family and community who loved her dearly.

Phyllis Ann Miller, of Pierceton, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at the age of 92. She was born on April 24, 1934, in Cross Roads, Indiana, the daughter of Ralph and Anna Mowrey (Nelson).Phyllis graduated from Daleville High School in 1953. She was a person who loved to connect with others and was known for being a good mom. In 1980, she started Phil's Frosty Mug Tavern, which later became Lucky's Tavern in North Webster. After selling the tavern, she stayed at home and took care of her family.Along with spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she enjoyed crafting.Phyllis is survived by her children, Vickie Kuhl (Chris Plummer), Jeff Miller, and Jay (Angie) Miller. She also leaves behind many grandchildren, Adam Kern, Nick Kern, Taira McCray (Ryan Crosley), Brandon Sturgill, David Whisman, and Alysha Parker and great-grandchildren, Talia Kuhl, Calista Kuhl, Piper Kern, Riley Clark, Ben Kern, Hadley Crosley, Hallie Crosley, Dylan Sturgill, Logan Sturgill, Abby Sturgill, and Ella Parker. She is further survived by her great grandson, Baylen Kelly, and brothers, Ted (Birdie) and Dan (Lynne) Mowrey. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Rex Miller, her son, John Miller, her daughter, Kelly McClarnon, her grandchildren, Shawn McClarnon, Brooks Kuhl, and Wesley Kern, and her brother Jim (Doris) Mowrey.Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with the care of Phyllis.
