It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved Brother, Son, and Uncle Andrew Jonathon Amaya, who tragically left us on May 3, 2026, at the age of 22. Born on May 11, 2003, in Manassas, Virginia, Andrew was our cherished "Mother’s Day baby," a title that brought joy to our family every year.As the youngest of seven siblings, Andrew was a bright light in our lives. He was a dedicated machine operator for Capital Grading Construction Company and also part owner of Money Mafia Security Team. Known for his strong work ethic and determination, his colleagues admired him for his commitment, and passion. He approached every aspect of life with Motivation, and Determination to succeed. Always telling jokes and making anyone he meets laugh about any situation.He is survived by his loving mother, Orbe Amaya, and his adopted father, Eddi Cruz, who provided him with unwavering support and love throughout his life. Together, they nurtured a home that fostered encouragement, kindness, and strong family values.Andrew Leaves to cherish his presence, his brothers Elmer Merino, Edwin Merino, and Marvin Amaya. Sisters, Janet Amaya, Bernice Amaya, and and Edith Amaya. He also leaves to cherish his loving and caring Fiance Hailey Barefoot. Adopted siblings Landon Fricks, Logan Butler, JaOnta' Elliott, Da'Shaun Pitts, Chris Easterling, and Brandon Cruz. He filled our home with laughter, warmth, and love, and his playful spirit made him an irreplaceable part of our family.As we navigate this immense loss, we will forever cherish the beautiful memories we created together—family gatherings, shared laughter, and the love that bound us together. Andrew's spirit will continue to inspire us, and his legacy of kindness and joy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.Rest in peace, dear Andrew.
