Ms. Angela Dianne Whisnant, age 56, entered her eternal home on May 5, 2026, due to a long battle with cancer.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on August 22nd from 12p- 4p at Clermont Park.
Angelia was born in Gainesville, Georgia, on August 21, 1969, to James Tipton and Geraldine Smith.
She lived a life centered on love, family, friends and kindness. She had a special gift for making everyone feel welcome and cared for, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Above all, Angelia was a proud and loving mother to Tamara, Kaleb & Criste who were her greatest joy and accomplishment. Her love only grew as she became a nana, a role she treasured deeply. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she created countless memories filled with laughter, warmth, and unconditional love that they will carry with them forever.
Angelia will be remembered for her strength, compassion, sense of humor and resilience. She made life brighter for those around her.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jeffery "Ray" Whisnant and her father James Dennis Tipton and many other family members.
She is survived by children: Tamara & Adan Landeros, Kaleb Loggins, Criste Wise grandchildren: Trinity, Zoey, Ryleigh, Oliver & Luca Siblings: Billy & Jenn Tipton, James & Jennie Tipton, Maria & Tommy Ford Mother: Geraldine Hannon and many other family and friends.
Though she is no longer with us, her love remains woven into the lives of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
