Eric Scott Brewer, born on October 24, 1959, in Lincoln Park, Michigan, passed away on April 27, 2026, in Dearborn, Michigan, at the age of 66.
Eric was a man of many talents, known for his artistic spirit and his love for the culinary arts. As a dedicated chef, he delighted in creating dishes that brought joy and comfort to those around him. His kitchen was not only a place of work but a canvas for his creativity, where he expressed his passion for cooking with every meal he prepared.
Beyond his professional life, Eric was an avid traveler who cherished exploring new places and cultures. His journeys enriched his life with unique experiences and stories, which he shared with a delightful sense of humor. His infectious laughter and caring nature endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
In addition to his professional and personal interests, Eric's greatest devotion was to his family and friends. He is survived by his loving mother, Mina Brewer, and his cousins, who will forever treasure the moments they shared with him. Eric was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Brewer; grandparents, Arthur and Virginia Kalis; and niece, Jennifer Rakowski.
Eric was also the beloved stepson of the late Charles Carrig.
Eric Scott Brewer will be remembered as a kind soul whose legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire those who knew him. In our hearts, he will always remain a beacon of warmth and generosity, reminding us to cherish each day with humor and compassion.
