Irene Frances Duronio, 93, of Wylie, Texas, passed away on April 27, 2026.

She was born on February 13, 1933, in Buffalo, New York, to Joseph and Mary (Tasner) Snyder. Irene graduated from high school in 1951 and went on to build a life centered on family, faith, and home.

On June 19, 1952, Irene married Alberto Duronio in Buffalo, New York. She was a devoted member of St. John the 23rd Catholic Church in West Seneca, New York. Irene dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, creating a warm and loving home for those around her.

Irene found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved going to the casino, shopping, cooking, and gardening. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family, who were the center of her world.

Irene will be remembered for her love, devotion, and the lasting memories she created with those who knew her.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Irene is survived by her son, Perry Michael Duronio and wife, Rosemary Boncal of West Seneca, New York; daughter, Pamela Frances Duronio-Stemper and husband, Timothy of Elm Grove, Wisconsin; daughter, Melony Duronio-Murphy of Brookfield, Wisconsin; son, Dino Rocco Duronio and wife, Paula of Garland, Texas; son, Orlando Donald Duronio and wife, Michelle of Wylie, Texas; daughter-in-law, Beverly Duronio of Sachse, Texas; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son-in-law, Todd Robert Murphy; son, Dion Angelo Duronio; and sisters, Mary Young and Helen Morrison.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2026 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
