With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Jamie Lynn Spencer of Stanton, KY.
What follows is not the whole story, but a thread of it.

Jamie Spencer, of Stanton, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 1, at 10:30 a.m., after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on August 11, 1964, Jamie lived a life rooted in faith, love, and devotion to those around her. She had a deep and unwavering love for Jesus and made it her mission to share that love with others. More than anything, Jamie wanted everyone she met to know Jesus and experience His grace the way she did.
She was known for her unique fashion sense, especially her love for leather, as well as her strong Christian values. Jamie also found joy in writing poetry, often using her words to express her faith, her heart, and her hope. She treasured time spent with her family and loved ones; those moments meant the most to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John James Clary and Betty Louise Spencer.
She is survived by her daughter, Anna Tipton; her brother, Rick Brewer (Donna); her sister, Joanna Bailey (Dave); her nephew, Ryan Miller (Kristi); her nieces, Autumn Caddell (Jeremy), Allison Hatton, and Sabrina Hatton (Ralph); as well as 13 great-nieces and great-nephews, and many other loved ones who will continue to carry her memory forward.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held on May 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Hatchers Creek Church of God. 30 Hatchers Creek Road. Stanton, Kentucky. Services will be officiated by Bro. Lovell Stevens.
Jamie's faith, love, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.
