Mary Kieffer of Philadelphia passed away peacefully surrounded by love on Thursday, April 23, 2026. She was 68 years old. Born to the late Joan Marie and Howard John Kieffer, Sr., Mary was a longtime resident of the city. Mary was employed as a crossing guard for the City of Philadelphia for many years until her retirement. Being part Native American, she enjoyed researching the family history. She also enjoyed watching TV series like True Story. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Mary is survived by her beloved children Gary Kodel, Melissa Hampton, Michael Kodel, and her former husband Charles Sinkewicz. She will also be dearly missed by her grandchildren Kelsey, Kloud, Michael, Alexis, and Keira. Along with her brothers Thomas, Howard and Joseph Kieffer and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 10am to 12pm at the Faust Funeral Home, Inc. 902 Bellevue Ave. Hulmeville, Pa. 19047, where remembrances will be shared at 12pm. Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park in Bensalem.
