Michelle Dawn Couch of Campbellsville, the daughter of Linda (Lichtsinn) and the late Carlie Hicks, was born May 22, 1971 in Fort Wayne, Indiana and departed this life on Monday, May 4, 2026 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. She was 54 years of age.
She was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed music, reading and spending time with her family and grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her father Carlie Hicks, and his wife Marvina, two brothers and two sisters: Kimberly, Kevin and Tina Hicks and James Branstutter; three grandchildren: Jackson, Victor and Chloe, and her step-father, Terry Hohn.
Survivors include her mother: Linda Hohn; her children: Jessica Sublett (John), Ashley Shreve, Brandon Hicks (Shelby) all of Campbellsville and Christopher Couch of Indiana.
Three brothers and two sisters: Jason Hicks, Paul Jones and wife Jenny all of Campbellsville, Dovie Kirkland and husband Chris and Marcie Smith all of London and Johnny Nelson and wife Sherry of Oklahoma.
Eleven grandchildren: Bryan, Angelina, Ciara, Gabriella, Carly, Serenity, James, Jody, Christopher Jr, Adom and Nevaeh; special friends: Danny Wheeler and Crystal Neeley and a host of other relatives and friends.
VISITATION: 5-8 PM Thursday, May 7, 2026 at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.
Cremation will follow.
NO funeral service scheduled.
Memorials are suggested to be donation to the Funeral Expense Fund and may be made at the funeral home.
