With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Stuart Sims of Hermitage, PA.
What follows is not the whole story, but a thread of it.
The heart keeps better records than the calendar.
Stuart E. Sims was born July 30, 1966. The Lord called him home at 3:34 am on May 4, 2026.
He leaves to morn his passing his son, D'Mario Norris of Farrell PA; his loving mother, Dorothy C. Sims; his loving siblings, Carla L. Sims, Jason E. Sims and a Great host of Loving Relatives.
Stuart Loved the Lord, he Praised and Worshipped him faithfully. Stuart attended and graduated from the Harrisburg School District. Stuart never met anyone that didn't become his friend. Stuart attended the Special Olympics and he was active in track and field representing MCAR, where he earned many awards and ribbons while in track and field. Stuart also enjoyed riding his bike, running, walking, associating with family and friends, he especially loved watching his Philadelphia Eagles play on TV.
While in a brief stay at a group home, Stuart saved a workers life who had a stroke. To know Stuart was to love him, his personality shined everywhere he went. He was definitely the life of the party. It was privilege to be in his presence at any time.
A Memorial Service will be planned by his Family for a later date.
