Robert Allen Mullins was born June 5, 1945 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of Wesley Mullins and Thelma (nee Bullock) Wagner Mullins. He died on April 29, 2026 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, MO at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his son, Tim (Claudia) Mullins, Crystal City, MO and a grandson, Zachary Fields. He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Christen Wagner, wife, Joyce J. (nee Wibble) Mullins and one brother, Leroy Mullins. Robert was a investigator for the Prosecuting Attorney's office. Robert was a U.S. Army veteran serving with the 24th Infantry Division in Germany and the 101 Air Borne Division in Vietnam. He was also a member of the Highland Southern Baptist Church, Jefferson County Sheriff's Department from February 1973 – Dec. 2004; Hillsboro Masonic Lodge and the VFW Post #3777 in Festus, MO.
