Mr. Stanley Crews, 92, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Dolphin Pointe Health Care in Jacksonville, Florida.
He was born in Pierce County to the late James Lewis Crews and Myrtle Louise Griner Crews. He retired from the United States Navy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Lois Woodbury Crews; a son, Richard Crews; and a brother, James Rowland Crews.
He is survived by two sons, Stanley Ressie Crews, Jr. of Waynesville, North Carolina, and Jon Crews of Waycross; a sister, Mary Lou Higginbotham of Jacksonville, Florida; and a brother, Bobby Crews (Patty) of Patterson.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Kettle Creek Cemetery.
