He found great joy and fulfillment in painting, where he expressed his creativity and vision. His dedication to martial arts, specifically Kendo, demonstrated his discipline, strength, and respect for tradition. These passions not only enriched his own life but inspired those around him to embrace their own interests with enthusiasm.Among Wayford’s proudest accomplishments was the opening of his salon, a milestone that reflected his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to his community. This achievement stood as a testament to his hard work, passion, and the positive impact he wished to have on the lives of others.In tribute to his remarkable life, a Prayer Service will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Freeway in Dallas, Texas, on May 8, 2026, from 8:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Following this, the Funeral Service is scheduled for May 9, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the same location.Wayford Darryl Brown will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for his warmth, his laughter, and the genuine kindness he shared so freely.
