Antonio Ocasio of Harrison, AR has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved him.

What we offer here is gratitude wrapped in remembrance.

Some doors close softly, and still leave the room changed.

Antonio Ocasio, 57, of Harrison, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with those closest to him.

Antonio was born February 8, 1969, at Newark, New Jersey, a son of Jose Antonio and Rosa Amalia Cruz Ocasio. He spent many years working as a taxi driver in New Jersey, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication, until declining health prevented him from continuing. On a beautiful day in 2003, he married the love of his life, Kimberly Farmer, at Norwalk, California, beginning a life together centered around love, companionship, and devotion. Antonio found joy in the simple moments, especially spending time at home with his family watching television, with a special fondness for paranormal movies and ghost hunting shows. He shared an especially close and loving bond with his mother, a relationship that remained dear to his heart throughout his life. He will be remembered for his warmth, his love for his family, and the quiet joy he brought into the lives of those around him.

He was preceded in death by his father; his grandmother, Maximina Agosto; an aunt, Millie Estrada; a cousin, Eric Mercado; and his uncle, Billy Cruz.

Survivors include his wife and best friend, Kimberly Ocasio, of Harrison; three sons, Antonio Aamir Ocasio, of New Jersey, Jacob Abraham Farmer, of California, and Joseph Andrew Farmer, of North Carolina; one grandson, Oliver Leo Farmer, of North Carolina; three sisters; two brothers; four aunts; his beloved family cat, Snow; along with a host of other relatives and friends who will mourn his passing and cherish his memory.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Holt Memorial Chapel.
