Surrounded by love, Brian's life reflects a journey filled with warmth, adventure, laughter, and deep
connection to those he cherished. Brian was the beloved son of Marie Pitts of Toledo, Ohio, and the late

Carolina; his brothers, Ronnie Hutcherson of Fort Washington, Maryland, and Gary Hutcherson of

forever hold his memory close.
As a child, Brian was a faithful member of Bible Way Church, where he sang in the choir. His early
involvement in the church reflected his warm spirit, love for music, and connection to community that
would remain with him throughout his life.
Brian attended Horace Mann Elementary School and was a proud graduate of Whitmer High School in
Toledo, Ohio, graduating in 1983. While a student at Whitmer, Brian truly enjoyed singing and dancing
with the school Chorale. During his school years, he was actively involved behind the scenes in
musicals, enjoyed pep rallies, and built lasting relationships with classmates and teachers. He remained
connected with many of those friendships throughout his life, creating a lifetime of cherished memories.
Following high school, Brian pursued his passion for cooking by attending Le Cordon Bleu culinary
school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He worked in hospitality/food service all his life, where his talent,
personality, and love for people truly shined. He worked at well-known establishments such as
Friendly's and Ruby Tuesday, and also spent time working in hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada - an
experience he greatly enjoyed. Brian loved the energy, the nightlife, and the excitement of the city.
A true free spirit, Brian embraced life as a traveler, often living wherever his journey took him. He
found joy in exploring new places across the United States, meeting new people, and creating
connections everywhere he went.
Brian had a deep love for music and dancing - his favorite song was "Finally" by CeCe Peniston, a song
that perfectly matched his spirit, as he truly knew how to make things happen for himself. He carried a
vibrant energy that lit up any room.
He took great pride in his appearance and was quite the dresser - never one to be caught out without
looking his very best. His sense of style was sharp, fashionable, and a true reflection of his confident
and expressive personality. His home matched that same standard, as he was known to be an
immaculate housekeeper who kept his space clean, welcoming, and in order.

by that he didn't check in with family and friends - always making sure everyone was okay. His calls,
his laughter, and his caring heart will be deeply missed.
Brian also had a special love for animals, often caring for cats and dogs throughout his life. His home
and heart were always open - to people and pets alike.
In his final days, Brian was lovingly cared for by his devoted mother, Marie Pitts, whose deep love and
unwavering presence brought him comfort and peace.
Above all, Brian will be remembered for his kind spirit, his humor, his generosity, and his ability to
make everyone feel loved. He truly had a heart for people and lived his life with compassion and joy.
