Bridgett Davis of Garland, TX, has passed away, leaving behind a family and community who loved her dearly.

Bridgett spent her working life as ['contract lease operator in the luxury vehicles industry'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.

Bridgett Wilson Davis, affectionately known as "Pookie," was born on August 7, 1961, in Carson, California. On April 22, 2026, she transitioned to eternity with her Lord.
Bridgett graduated from Carson High School in Carson, California, in 1979. She went on to enjoy a career as a contract lease operator in the luxury vehicles industry.
On February 14, 1998, Bridgett married the love of her life, Tarone Davis. The two remained united in holy matrimony until her transition.
Bridgett delighted in dancing, cooking, and traveling. She especially cherished spending time with family and creating lasting memories. She brought joy to those around her with her funny and friendly nature. She will be fondly remembered for her feisty spirit, determination, and spontaneous personality. Her memorable smile and loving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Bridgett was preceded in death by her parents, Birdie Wilson and Roger Wilson; her brothers, Timothy Wilson, Duane Wilson, and Roger Wilson, Jr.; her father-in-law, Clarence Davis; her brothers-in-law, Reginald Davis and Andre Davis; and her niece, Chanteause Bullock.
Those left to cherish precious memories include her husband, Tarone Davis; her stepson, Tarone Jason Davis; her sisters, Alondia "Nique" Jefferson and Diane Wilson; her mother-in-law, Barbra J. Davis; her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Bullock (Mack), Theresa Reed (Brandon), and Lynette Lee; nieces and nephews, Sherlita Gilcrest, Ahmad Bullock, Chenise Davis, John Jones, Stephon Davis Keisha Davis, DeJohn Davis, Andre Davis Jr., Jasmin Rowland, Anthony Jackson-Wilson, and Timeryl Wilson; and a host of other nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
