Jackie Wayne (Tuffy) Farmer, Jr., 61, passed away April 243, 2025, in Lubbock, TX. He was born November 3, 1964, to Jackie Wayne, Sr. and Connie Ruth (Peak) Farmer, in Lubbock, TX. He graduated from Shallowater High School. Wayne met, and later married, Debra Kay Hendricks on August 14, 2000.Both Wayne and Debra drove semi-trucks; Wayne received the Truck-Driver Safety Award; an award honoring Truck Drivers who maintain a clean driving record for a specific number of miles or amount of time. Wayne was a workaholic, but in his spare time, he enjoyed playing baseball on x-box with his brother-in-law. Most of all, Wayne was a Christian at heart, of the Bapticostol faith, and a member at Legacy of Faith Worship Center, Odessa.Those remaining, to honor his life and cherish his memories are, his wife, Debra Farmer, his father, Jackie Wayne, Sr. and step-mother Patsy Farmer; sisters, Melissa Duncan and Shannon Harring; brothers, Trace Young and Chris Farmer; daughters, Heather Farmer, Amanda Farmer, and Brittany Farmer; step-daughters, Keri Rocha and Shannen Poe; and step-sons, Donald Ritchie and Gerry Vaughn.The family of Jackie Wayne Farmer, Jr. will honor and celebrate his life with a memorial service scheduled at 2:00pm, Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Legacy of Faith Worship Center, 1420 East 42nd St. Odessa, TX. Please address flowers or donations to the Church.Jackie “Wayne” or “Tuffy” as the family knew him, was a man with a heart of gold, especially after giving his heart to Jesus. His last request was to see his family make it to heaven. As stated by Debra, “he was my rock, I will miss him dearly.”Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lubbock.
