Age-81, 715 Ashbrook Rd, Fayetteville, NC departed from this life on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at his residence.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, May 9, 2026 St. Thomas AME Zion Church (810 Bullard Street, Roseboro, NC) at 11:00 am.
Interment: Shiloh United Church of Christ Church Cemetery (4150 Hummingbird Lane, Fayetteville, NC 28312).
Public Viewing will be Friday, May 8, 2026 at Butler & Son Funeral Home (904 E. Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd, Roseboro, NC 28382) from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Family will be present from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Mr. Howard leaves to cherish his memories: Two Sons-James Howard Jr. and Darren Howard; Two Sisters-Agnes Howard and Vfon Bumpass; 1 Brother-Don Howard with a host of other relatives and friends.
