Linda May Adams, 78, of Peoria, Illinois, passed away on May 3, 2026, at Carle Health Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.She was born on November 13, 1947, in Elgin, Illinois, to Eugene and Ada Anderson. She married Donald Adams on February 14, 1969. And he passed away on October 14, 1990. Her brother Ed Anderson and one sister, Nancy Anderson, also preceded her in death.Linda is survived by her daughter Alexis Adams, her granddaughter Samara Riddle, her great-granddaughter Jayden Ishikawa, along with several sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Linda was an exceptionally kind woman. She never considered anyone a stranger, showed kindness to everyone she encountered, loved sincerely, and was never judgmental. She spent more than 20 years working at Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino and truly cherished her colleagues. She made a lasting impact on all who had the chance to know her.A memorial service will be scheduled at a future date, with details to be announced.
