Obituary for Rodolfo "Fito" Gomez
Rodolfo "Fito" Gomez was born on February 9, 1960, in Chihuahua, Mexico, to Carmen Herrera and Francisco Gomez. He was a man known for his love of music and the joy he brought to those around him. Fito found happiness in the simple moments-playing his guitar, singing, and sharing those special times with his children and grandchildren.
Fito was more than just a father and grandfather-he was a storyteller, a source of wisdom, and a steady presence of love in his family's life. His life reflected hard work, dedication, and a deep commitment to those he cared for. His laughter was contagious, his advice invaluable, and his love truly unconditional.
Though he is no longer with us, the legacy he leaves behind lives on through the memories shared and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed for his warm hugs, his encouraging words, and the joy he brought into every room.
Fito, you will be missed by your children, grandchildren, family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing you. Your memory will live on in the hearts of those who shared so many meaningful and joyful moments with you. We will continue to celebrate your life with laughter and love-just as you would have wanted.
He is survived by his children, Elizabeth Galo, Geneva Longoria, Rodolfo Gomez, Everardo Hernandez, and Rosa Gomez.
