After a life of love and quiet grace, Wesley Cleveland Randall of Pearland, TX has passed.

What you read below is one part of a life lived with quiet purpose.

Wesley spent his working life as ['the oil industry with NL Acme Tool'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.

A name is a small thing to hold a whole life.

Wesley Cleveland Randall, 83, passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on the 4th day of May 2026 to be with Jehovah God. He was born in Siloam, Georgia, to Louie and Grace Randall and was the second youngest of five children. Wesley was preceded in death by his siblings-brothers Grady, Bobby, J.W., and sister Frances Youngblood.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years 11 months, and 1 day, Kathryn Randall; his eldest son Jeffery, daughter-in-law Jamie, and grandchildren Julia, Jeffery, and Jordyn Randall; and his youngest son Chad, daughter-in-law Tara, and namesake grandson Wesley Randall.

Wesley was known by many as Randy, both inside and outside the family. Wesley served his country with honor in the United States Navy for 18 years, retiring in 1978 as a Senior Chief Yeoman (YNCS). Following his military service, he began a successful second career in the oil industry with NL Acme Tool, Inc. Known for his work ethic and dedication, Wesley remained with the company through multiple mergers and takeovers, eventually retiring in 2009 as Casing Patch Manager at Weatherford in Pearland, Texas.

Wesley was a man of strong moral character, known for his integrity, practicality, and quiet strength. He leaves behind a legacy of love and guidance. He had a fondness for World War II films and spent countless hours building intricate model airplanes from Balsa wood. His sons will always remember his no-nonsense approach to life, often expressed in his favorite saying: "It ain't rocket science, son." The family will also fondly recall his signature poker move on the first hand of the game: "All in!"

A private family service will be held in his memory. Wesley's presence will be deeply missed and forever cherished by those who knew and loved him.
