Randall "Randy" Bader of Pulaski, WI has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved him.
Below, the simplest tribute: the truth of a life as it was lived.
Randall spent his working life as ['machine operator'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.
There is no greater gift than the one a parent gives by simply being present.
Randall "Randy" Bader, 69, of Little Suamico, passed away at home on Thursday, April 30, 2026. He was born May 28, 1956, in Green Bay to Anthony and Elizabeth (Mooren) Bader.
Randy graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1974. On April 16, 1977, he married Paula Opolka at St. Mary of the Angels Church in Green Bay. He dedicated more than 31 years to Procter & Gamble, where he worked as a machine operator.
An avid golfer, Randy looked forward to his Tuesday rounds with friends. He also enjoyed occasional trips to the casino, playing cards, and wintering in Florida. Above all, he was a devoted family man who cherished time with his children and grandchildren, especially teaching them how to golf and fish.
Randy is survived by his loving wife, Paula, of Little Suamico; his two children, Jason (Andrea) Bader of Pulaski, and their children, Cal and Maren; Jessica (Ernie) Schumacher of Freedom, and their children, Clint and Garrit. He is further survived by his mother, Elizabeth Berndt of Ashwaubenon; his brothers, Bob Bader (Jenny) of Georgia, Craig Bader of Ashwaubenon, and Dave Bader (Rhonda) of Freedom; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike Opolka, Kathy Dupont, Kris (Russ) Spranger, Gena (Bill) Maynard, Debbie (Tom) Murray, Scott (Karen) Opolka, Willard (Joyce) Opolka, and Lyle Henricks; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Bader; his maternal and paternal grandparents; and many aunts and uncles.
