In Loving Memory of Tracie Yvonne Allen
Tracie Yvonne Allen was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the age of 45. Born on March 18, 1981, in San Antonio, Texas, Tracie was the youngest daughter of William D. Allen and Juanita Allen-Riojas (Tellez).
To know Tracie was to experience a firework of light, passion, and spirit. She lived her life boldly and unapologetically, with an energy that was truly infectious. A lover of the arts, music, and poetry, Tracie saw beauty in the world and had a rare gift for expressing it through her words. She was a gifted writer whose voice carried both depth and heart.
Though she faced physical ailments, Tracie met every challenge with remarkable strength, grace, and determination. She refused to let anything dim her light, choosing instead to live fully, love deeply, and fight fiercely for joy in every moment.
Family was at the center of Tracie's world. Her love for her nieces and nephews was immeasurable-they were her pride, her joy, and her greatest treasures. She loved those around her with a fierce, protective devotion that made everyone in her life feel safe, valued, and deeply cherished.
Tracie is preceded in death by her father and her grandparents. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength in those who will forever carry her in their hearts: her mother, Juanita Allen-Riojas; her stepfather, Santos Riojas; her siblings, Laura Jean Allen (Henry Herrera), William D. Allen II (Stephanie Martinez), Angelmira Riojas, and Wendy Riojas; her beloved nieces, Faith Uma Riojas and Hope Athena Riojas; her cherished nephews, Santiago "Jimmy" Riojas (Alexandria), William Brandon Allen, Derek Matthew Allen, and Ethan Stanley Allen; along with many extended family members and dear friends.
Tracie's favorite color was purple-a perfect reflection of her vibrant, bold, and beautiful spirit. She loved the music of Guns N' Roses, and we find comfort in imagining her reunited with her father, free from pain, celebrating in heaven with music and joy.
While her passing leaves a profound sorrow that cannot be filled, her love, her laughter, and her light will remain with us always. We take comfort in knowing that Tracie accepted our Heavenly Father as her Savior and has been welcomed home with open arms.
Her memory will live on-bright, powerful, and unforgettable-just like the beautiful firework she was.
