Willie B. Martin, 78, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on May 4, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. Willie B. was born on May 28, 1947, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Willie B. Peeples and Dorothy Martin. He is survived by his children: Charita Martin-Rogers, Willie B. Martin II, Kevin "Tootie" Martin, and Terri Martin, all of Memphis, TN; four grandchildren: Kaya Rogers, Adrian Gentry, Marquise Martin, and Brennan Martin; three great-grandchildren; a host of beloved bonus children, including Iesha Tucker; and two nephews and a niece: Keith Wheeler, Paula Wheeler, and "Mike" Wheeler. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Peggy Wheeler and Carl Peeples. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:55 p.m. at R.S. Lewis & Sons Funeral Home, 374 Vance Avenue, Memphis, TN 38126. Memorial services will follow from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
