After a life of love and quiet grace, Diana M. Parker of Moncks Corner, SC has passed.
These are some of the moments and memories that shaped her story.
Some bonds are not loosened by absence.
Diana Marie Parker, 64, of Jamestown, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday morning, May 4, 2026. Born on November 3, 1961, in St. Louis, Missouri, she was the beloved daughter of Sam Parker and Myrna Spillman Hertzbach.
Diana was a woman of Christian faith who found joy in fishing, and was an avid fan of Star Trek, Star Wars, and all things science fiction. Her passion extended to collecting coins, memorabilia cards, comic books, and porcelain figurines. Diana's adventurous spirit led her to travel extensively and live in numerous states, embracing a nomadic lifestyle. She was known for her warm and welcoming personality-reserved at first, but deeply caring and generous once you got to know her. Diana was gentle, happy, and never met a stranger; she never spoke ill of anyone and was always accepting. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Evangline Pelletier (Brandon Martin) of Jamestown; her sister, Dawn Johnson of Titusville, FL; grandsons, Braydon and Nathaniel; and nephew, Lonnie Taylor (Sandra) of Palms, MI. Services will be held privately according to Dial-Murray Funeral Home, Moncks Corner.
Diana will be deeply missed, but her kindness, adventurous spirit, and love for her family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
